Alert: ABT License Renewal Deadline

If you are a vendor or distributor of alcoholic beverages in the following counties your deadline to renew your Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco license is March 31:

  • BREVARD

  • BROWARD

  • CHARLOTTE

  • COLLIER

  • DADE

  • DESOTO

  • GLADES

  • HARDEE

  • HENDRY

  • HIGHLANDS

  • INDIAN RIVER

  • LEE

  • MANATEE

  • MARTIN

  • MONROE

  • OKEECHOBEE

  • PALM BEACH

  • POLK

  • SARASOTA

  • ST. LUCIE

  • VOLUSIA

  • WASHINGTON

Please note that all licenses not renewed within 60 days of expiration will be cancelled by the Division unless the license is involved in litigation or an administrative action. Click here to learn how to renew your license after the deadline (“delinquent renewals”).

The license year for all manufacturers, brokers, sales agents, importers, passenger common carriers, and vendors/distributors in unlisted counties runs from October 1 – September 30.
