General Bill by Farmer
Imposing an excise tax on recreational marijuana; providing for inflation adjustments to the tax rate; providing for collection of the tax; providing for distribution of tax revenues, etc.
Effective Date: On the same date that SB 1780 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes law.
