General Bill by Massullo and Silvers
Reciprocity for the Medical Use of Marijuana: Provides that qualified patient identification card or caregiver identification card, or its equivalent, issued by another state, United States territory, or District of Columbia, has same force & effect as medical marijuana use registry identification card issued by DOH.
Effective Date: July 1, 2019
