When is the Quota Lottery Drawing?

It is that time of year again: the firm is receiving daily calls or emails from clients and friends wondering when the results of the Quota Lottery will be released.

The state’s process will take several months - the results have generally been released by August of the following year. A summary of the state’s drawing procedure is included below for your reference. Please note that there will be public notice of the results announcement event in the Florida Administrative Register prior to the event.
