Alert: DABT License Renewal Deadline

Don’t forget to renew your Florida alcoholic beverage license! The license year for all manufacturers, brokers, sales agents, importers, passenger common carriers, and vendors/distributors in listed counties runs from October 1 – September 30.

In addition, the September 30 deadline also applies to vendors or distributors of alcoholic beverages in the following counties:

  • Alachua

  • Baker

  • Bay

  • Bradford

  • Calhoun

  • Citrus

  • Clay

  • Columbia

  • Dixie

  • Duval

  • Escambia

  • Flagler

  • Franklin

  • Gadsden

  • Gilchrist

  • Gulf

  • Hamilton

  • Hernando

  • Hillsborough

  • Holmes

  • Jackson

  • Lafayette

  • Lake

  • Leon

  • Levy

  • Liberty

  • Madison

  • Marion

  • Nassau

  • Okaloosa

  • Orange

  • Pasco

  • Pinellas

  • Putnam

  • St. Johns

  • Santa Rosa

  • Seminole

  • Sumter

Please note that all licenses not renewed within 60 days of expiration will be cancelled by the Division unless the license is involved in litigation or an administrative action. Click here to learn how to renew your license after the deadline (“delinquent renewals”).
