FAR NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, December 14, 2021, 2:00 p.m.

PLACE: Online/Telephone via GoToMeeting

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The purpose of the meeting is to give interested persons an update on the Federal Horseracing Integrity and Safety Act (“HISA”) and give attendees an opportunity to discuss potential impacts on the industry. The meeting will be held on GoToMeeting.

6. During the hearing, all attendees will be muted until it is their turn to speak.

Mobile Device (iOS, Android or Windows Phone):

1. Download the GoToMeeting app for your mobile device;

4. During the hearing, all attendees will be muted until it is their turn to speak.
