DABT: Alcohol Brand Registrants Cannot Host Tastings on Vendor Property

In response to a petition for declaratory statement from an industry participant, the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco confirmed that brand registrants cannot host alcoholic beverage tastings on the premises of a licensed vendor.
