State and federal agencies affect business in Florida every day. Glover Law closely monitors the regulatory landscape in Tallahassee and advises clients on strategy relating to administrative complaints, rulemaking hearings, and potential challenges to agency action. The firm currently serves as regulatory counsel to a diverse set of clients that include startups and publicly-traded concerns.

Glover Law is committed to providing responsive and personal service in representing its clients' interests at state agencies. The firm has relevant experience - the managing partner served as a senior regulator of two separate heavily regulated industries. In his most recent role, he served as the final approver of disciplinary action and was actively involved in drafting state regulations.

On a limited basis, the firm will provide advocacy services at legislative and other hearings.
