Tony Glover is an attorney and regulatory consultant who advises clients seeking opportunities in the Florida market. Tony most recently served as a senior official at the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the agency charged with regulating a wide swath of businesses and professions. He led the Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering, which oversees horse racing, greyhound racing, jai alai, slot machine, and cardroom activity. As Deputy Director of the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, he was intimately involved with the state’s oversight of alcoholic beverage retailers, manufacturers, and distributors. He writes and comments frequently on regulatory issues facing Florida businesses.

Tony is a proud graduate of Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida. He received his law degree from the Washington and Lee University School of Law in Virginia, where he was Legislation Editor of the Journal of Energy, Climate, and the Environment.
